Job summary

Connells Group in Southampton is inviting a CeMAP-qualified trainee to join the Austin & Wyatt Southampton branch as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor. This is an excellent entry point to start or develop a career in financial services with industry-leading training, dedicated support and high-quality leads.

You’ll build relationships with estate agents, generate new business and guide customers through the mortgage and protection journey, working to performance targets.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
