Key responsibilities of a Mortgage Advisor:

• Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
• Deliver exceptional client care, helping clients find tailored solutions and encouraging repeat business.
• Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, along with non-regulated insurance products from market-leading insurers.
• Provide feedback to the residential team regarding lead progress and outcomes.

Skills and experience required:

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Banking or financial background preferred but not essential
• At least 1 year of sales experience with targets/objectives
• Positive, resilient attitude
• Driven to reach and exceed goals
• Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Numerate and detail-oriented
