Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with estate agency colleagues to maximize mortgage and protection sales from quality leads
• Provide exceptional client care, helping clients find solutions that meet their needs
• Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, product transfers, and non-regulated insurance products
• Provide feedback to the residential team regarding lead progress

Skills and experience required:

• CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• Sales experience with targets/objectives (minimum 1 year)
• Positive, resilient, and goal-driven attitude
• Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
