We are expanding our Mortgage Advisor teams across the UK and currently have a vacancy in Nottingham for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor within our Bairstow Eves estate agency brand. OTE £35k.

We seek an exceptional individual with the skills, attributes, and drive to enhance our customers' experience throughout the mortgage process.

You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, advising on various products to meet their needs
• Participating in branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships

Skills and Experience Needed:

• CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
