We are seeking a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team in Totton at Mann Estate Agency. The role offers an OTE of £35k.

Main responsibilities:

• Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new customers and business, aiming to meet professional goals in a result-oriented environment
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, including advising on various products to meet their needs
• Participating in regular branch meetings to share best practices and foster relationships

Skills and experience required:

• CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting
• Exceptional customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
