Taylors Estate Agency is looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Bletchley.

OTE £35k

Main responsibilities:

• Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
• Attracting new customers and business, and achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, including advising on suitable products and services.
• Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build relationships.

Skills and experience required:

• CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care/service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
