NRG Resourcing is seeking a trainee Mortgage Broker. This 6–12 month development programme offers structured training, hands-on mentoring and real client exposure to build your advisory and relationship-building skills.

You’ll progress toward managing your own client portfolio across residential and commercial property finance, with one-to-one mentoring and exposure to lender negotiations, ensuring a clear pathway into a fully qualified Mortgage Broker role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Case Manager or Mortgage Paraplanner.
• Good understanding of the mortgage application process and lender requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine desire to build a career in mortgage advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications, ensuring cases progress efficiently and compliantly.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers and clients to keep transactions moving.
