Main responsibilities of a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor:

• Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new customers and business, with motivation to meet professional goals in a results-driven environment
• Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, offering advice on various products to meet their needs
• Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and foster relationships

Skills and experience required:

• CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Excellent customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
