An outstanding opportunity to start a long-term career in Financial Services as a full-time, home-based, CII-qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser working for one of the UK’s leading mortgage providers. Home-based work is available after completing the initial 16 weeks of office-based training.

Job Title:

Trainee Mortgage Adviser

Compensation & Benefits:

1. During the first 16 weeks of training, a basic salary of £25,500 per annum.
2. From months 4 to 6, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £30K per annum.
3. From months 7 to 10, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £32.5K per annum.
4. From months 10 to 16, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £35K per annum.
5. From month 17 onwards, £25K basic salary plus unlimited commission, with an OTE of £45K+.

Contract & Location:

Full-time, permanent employed role. Initially office-based for 16 weeks at our Nottingham Academy Centre; after qualification, home working is available. Applicants should live within an hour of Nottingham and have access to a car for commuting.

Target & Training:

Seeking candidates with a strong desire for a long-term career in Financial Services, with proven customer service and sales experience. Full support for CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including study materials and exam costs.

Working Hours:

During training: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with no holidays during this period. Post-training: flexible shifts covering 9 AM - 6 PM and 11 AM - 8 PM, Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Timeline:

Immediate interviews; start date: July 2025.

A telephone-based role focusing on providing quality advice and sales in mortgages and protection. The role emphasizes customer contact, appointment setting, and application progression, supported by dedicated Adviser Support Teams.
