Fast Track Mortgage Adviser Academy (16 Month Salary Guarantee now included)

An outstanding opportunity to commence a long-term career in Financial Services as a full-time, fully employed, home-based CII qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser working for one of the UK's leading mortgage providers. The role involves home-based work after completing the initial 16 weeks of office-based training.

Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Adviser

Enhanced Salary & Guarantee Structure:

  • During the first 16 weeks of training, a basic salary of: GBP25,500 per annum.
  • From month 4 to month 6, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: GBP30K per annum.
  • From month 7 to month 10, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: GBP32.5K per annum.
  • From month 11 to month 16, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: GBP35K per annum.
  • From month 17 onwards, GBP25K basic salary plus unlimited commission, with a realistic OTE of GBP45K+.

Contract Basis: Full-time, permanent, employed role.

Location: Initially office-based for the first 16 weeks at our Academy Centre in Manchester. Once qualified, home working is available. Candidates should live within a 1-hour 30-minute commute of Manchester and have access to a car for training purposes.

Target: Candidates with a strong desire to build a long-term career in Financial Services, with a proven track record in customer service and sales. Ideal for those seeking a career change.

Post-training salary: After training, from month 4 onwards, guaranteed monthly commission increases in tiers over the following year. Expect a realistic OTE of GBP50K+ in the second year, along with excellent benefits and promotional opportunities.

CF1 & CF6: Full financial support for obtaining these qualifications, including study materials and exam fees.

Working hours: During training: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with no holidays during the 16-week training period. Post-training: flexible hours between 9 AM - 6 PM and 11 AM - 8 PM, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

Timeline: Immediate interviews, with a start date in November 2025.

About the Academy:

As a home or office-based Mortgage and Protection Adviser, your focus will be on providing quality advice and sales. Customer contact and application processing are handled by our Adviser Support Teams. We prioritize your development and career progression, with many colleagues advancing into management roles from within the company.

This telephone-based role requires articulate, engaging communication. You will handle over 16 mortgage and protection cases each month, so motivation, discipline, and organization are essential.

Required knowledge, skills, and qualifications:

  • A strong desire to work within Financial Services, especially mortgages and protection.
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales.

  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook.
