Fast Track Mortgage Adviser Academy (16 Month Salary Guarantee now included)

An outstanding opportunity to start a long-term career in Financial Services as a full-time, fully employed, home-based CII qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser working for one of the UK’s leading mortgage providers. Home-based work is available after completing the initial 16 weeks of office-based training.

Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Adviser

Enhanced Salary & Guarantee Structure:

  • During the first 16 weeks of training, a basic salary of: £25.5K per annum.
  • From month 4 to month 6, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: £30K per annum.
  • From month 7 to month 10, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: £32.5K per annum.
  • From month 10 to month 16, basic salary plus guaranteed commission to: £35K per annum.
  • From month 17 onwards, £25K basic salary plus unlimited commission, with a realistic OTE of £45K+.

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, employed role.

Location: Initially office-based in Peterborough for 16 weeks, then home working. Applicants should live within an hour’s commute of Peterborough and have access to a car for training.

Target Candidates: Individuals with a strong desire to build a long-term career in Financial Services, with proven customer service and sales experience, seeking a career change.

Post-Training Salary: After training, from month 4, guaranteed monthly commission increases over 12 months, with a realistic OTE of £50K+ in the second year and excellent benefits including promotional tiers.

Qualifications Support: Full financial support provided for CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including study materials and exam fees.

Working Hours: During training: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with no holidays during this period. Post-training: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Timeline: Interviews available immediately, with a start date in June/July 2025.

About the Role: As a home or office-based Mortgage and Protection Adviser, your focus will be on providing quality advice and sales, with customer contact and application progression handled by dedicated teams. The role is telephone-based, requiring articulate, engaging, disciplined, and organized candidates.

Requirements:

  • A strong desire to work in Financial Services, especially mortgages and protection.
  • Proven customer service and sales experience.

  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
