Job summary

People Group Limited is seeking a Trainee Mobile HIU Technician to cover the London area. The role involves hands‑on training in HIU servicing, fault‑finding and reactive maintenance, with support from an HIU Team Manager to help you develop practical skills and grow within the company.

You will work 40 hours weekly, from 8:30am to 5:00pm, five days out of seven, with overtime and on‑call rotas. A full UK driving licence and a strong desire to learn are essential, along with eligibility to work

• Willingness to learn about HIUs and energy technologies

Responsibilities

• Carry out HIU and CIU inspections and reactive maintenance for loss of heat or cooling within required timeframes.
• Complete repairs identified during servicing, including removal and replacement of pumps, valves and actuators, and bleeding systems.
• Update work orders promptly through the asset management system and ensure proper closeout with the service desk.
