We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking a Trainee MIG Welder for a yard-based role in Rugby. The shift runs 06:30–16:00, Monday to Friday, with paid overtime and a pathway from temporary to permanent employment.

You will assist in production, handle metallic bars and begin learning welding techniques in a busy outdoor setting. Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment and opportunities to develop welding skills are offered.
