Rubicon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assembler for a defence‑related engineering environment. You will assemble units and components to exact specifications, using hand and power tools and reading technical drawings. Attention to detail and a methodical approach are essential to ensure quality and safety.

The role offers full training, a structured working environment and stable workloads within a respected defence contractor. On‑site work with standard workshop hours.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly experience using hand and power tools in a workshop or engineering setting.
• Able to work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in manufacturing or defence environment preferred.
