The role is full time, on site and works Monday to Friday. Previous marketing experience is welcome but not required. Graduates, career starters and candidates with strong public-facing experience will all be considered.
You will learn the objectives, target audience and key messages behind each campaign. Training will cover brand guidelines, customer communication and the standards expected when representing a client in person.
Preparation may include reviewing campaign materials, checking current information and taking part in team briefings. You will learn why consistency matters and how small details influence the way a brand is perceived.
You will support live promotional activity across events and other approved campaign settings. The work involves speaking with members of the public, introducing the brand and adapting your communication to different audiences while keeping the message accurate.
Your responsibilities may include:
This is an active, people-facing marketing position. You should enjoy starting conversations, working as part of a team and maintaining a professional standard throughout the day.
Marketing does not end when an interaction finishes. You will learn how feedback, engagement levels and completed outcomes help the team understand campaign performance. Accurate notes can reveal which messages connect clearly and where an explanation may need more attention.
As your knowledge develops, you may contribute to campaign reviews, help prepare future activity or support a colleague in understanding an approved brand message. You will also gain exposure to audience insight, campaign reporting and the commercial purpose behind each activation.
Progress is based on the quality of your work, your understanding of the campaign and how consistently you apply feedback. Future opportunities may include wider involvement in campaign coordination, brand representation, events or team development as the business grows.
