Job 1 – Trainee Balancing / Assembly Technician
  • Accurate and dynamic balancing of components
  • Shaft balancing
  • Use of hand tools such as Dremel in a highly accurate manner
  • Testing components
  • Working from technical drawings
  • Assembly and disassembly of mechanical components
Job 2 – Trainee Honer
  • Setting and operating manual and CNC Honing machinery to ensure accuracy of finished components
  • Testing components using air gauges and other methods
  • Working to fine tolerances
  • Working from drawings and work sheets
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished components

Salary / Hours

The above roles are day shift positions, 38 hours per week over 4 days Monday to Thursday.

Pay rates are negotiable dependent on experience.
