Job summary

Contract Furniture Manufacturing Ltd is seeking a Trainee Management Accountant to join the Accounts Team on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will assist the Finance Director with daily accounting tasks and contribute to management accounts, balance sheets, VAT/CIS returns and cash flow forecasts.

The role offers a 30,000–38,000 salary depending on level and experience, with a discretionary bonus around 10% of base salary after the first full financial year.

Qualifications

• Part qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with early studies preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaborative, meritocratic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management accounts preparation including journals and analysis.
• Support monthly balance sheet reconciliations and VAT/CIS returns.
• Help with cash flow forecasting and cross-functional accounting processes.
