We're on the lookout for a Trainee Management Accountant to support our client's financial team in providing key insights and analyses that drive our success. If you are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts to ensure timely reporting.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for various departments.
  • analyse financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support departmental managers with financial planning and effective cost control measures.
  • Assist in strategic planning and contribute to business decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies for smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders during financial reviews to maintain transparency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex financial issues.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Excel, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with 'Business Central' Software is preferred but not essential.
  • Ideally, candidates will have experience in manufacturing, construction, and the CIS sector.
