Linwood Crops is a growing company operating across all sectors of the fresh produce procurement and supply market. Our small, dedicated and friendly team operating at Linwood Lane, March, have extensive experience within the market and provide a high quality service to customers.

We want to recruit an enthusiastic individual to train as part of our maintenance team, working full time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus some overtime as necessary both weekdays and weekends. This role will be based at our site in March, Cambridgeshire.

You will be trained in the planned preventative maintenance of our production lines, as well as effective breakdown support working with our Maintenance Engineer and in conjunction with the Line Leaders and Site Manager. Our maintenance team are key to the efficiency of our production lines and so you will need to become effective at fault finding and fixing.

Ideally, you will have an NVQ level 2 in Engineering Maintenance, although another equivalent relevant qualification will be considered. Full training and development will be provided on the maintenance of our production facility. Although not essential, it would be advantageous if you have experience of working within a food industry environment.

You will be entitled to 25 days’ paid holiday plus 8 statutory days. In addition, there is a contributory pension scheme. We provide all necessary PPE and there is parking on site.
