Trainee Machine Operator | Poole | £13.22–£15.08ph | Full-Time | Driving Essential

Immediate Start – 4-Day Working Week – No Weekend Work

We’re looking for a Trainee Machine Operator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity to get into a skilled role with full training provided and a genuine route to a permanent job. A full UK driving licence is required due to location and shift times.

The Details:
  • Location: Poole (Must drive – no public transport available for shift times)

  • Pay: £13.22–£15.08 per hour (DOE)

  • Hours: 4-day working week (No weekends!)

  • Start Date: Immediate

  • Contract: Temp to perm

Your Shift Pattern:
  • Monday – Wednesday: 6:30pm – 6:30am

  • Thursday: 6:30pm – 10:30pm
    (Friday–Sunday OFF!)

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Operating and monitoring production machinery

  • Conducting product quality checks

  • Reporting and recording faults

  • Assisting with basic assembly tasks

  • Using hand and power tools

What You’ll Get:
  • 4-day working week with every Friday off

  • Time-and-a-half overtime pay (x1.5)
