Trainee Machine Operator


Location: Morecambe
Pay: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday Day Shifts (6am–3pm or 9am–6pm)

We’re looking for a Trainee Machine Operator to join our busy, hands-on manufacturing team. No experience? No problem. We’re more interested in someone who’s got the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

If you're dependable, ready to work, and get along well with others – you could be just who we’re after.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Learning to operate a range of machinery
  • Hands-on work with laser cutters, presses, plate rollers, and more
  • Supporting production and helping keep things running efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
  • A solid, hard-working character
  • Keen to learn and grow on the job
  • Good personality – team player, easy to get on with
  • Previous factory or machine experience helpful, but not essential
The Details:
  • Monday to Friday (6am–3pm or 9am–6pm – fixed or rotating shifts)
  • Starting pay: £12.50–£13.50 per hour
  • Potential for future shift work as the business grows
