Location: Morecambe
Pay: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday Day Shifts (6am - 3pm or 9am - 6pm)

We re looking for a Trainee Machine Operator to join our busy, hands-on manufacturing team. No experience? No problem. We re more interested in someone who s got the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

If you're dependable, ready to work, and get along well with others you could be just who we re after.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Learning to operate a range of machinery

• Hands-on work with laser cutters, presses, plate rollers, and more

• Supporting production and helping keep things running efficiently

What We re Looking For:

• A solid, hard-working character

• Keen to learn and grow on the job

• Good personality team player, easy to get on with

• Previous factory or machine experience helpful, but not essential

The Details:

• Monday to Friday (6am - 3pm or 9am - 6pm fixed or rotating shifts)

• Starting pay: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour

• Potential for future shift work as the business grows
