We're recruiting a

Trainee Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturer producing

building supply products in Aldridge. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing-full training provided.

Pay Rates

• £13.00 per hour

The Role

As a Trainee Machine Operator, you'll support the day-to-day running of production machinery and ensure products meet quality standards. Key duties include:

• Monitoring machines during operation and reporting any issues
• Completing

quality checks on finished products and recording results

• Using a computer to input data, complete basic production paperwork, and follow work instructions
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets safely and consistently

What We're Looking For

• Able to work Monday to Friday day shifts

Physically fit and comfortable

• Confident using a
