• Proficient swimming ability as listed (50m, 100m, treading water, etc.).
• Friendly, approachable with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool and supervise swimmers to prevent incidents.
• Respond quickly to incidents and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment.
• Assist guests with inquiries and ensure high-quality guest service.
