About the Role

Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests have a great time while staying safe in the pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld! Guest safety is our top priority, so this role requires superb attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interact positively with guests. You will promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences.

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic. We will also provide training through your NPLQ course, equipping you with all the necessary skills to start your career in lifeguarding. This permanent role involves shifts between 8:30 am and 9:00 pm, primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with additional hours during school holidays. Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential as part of our team.

We consider both part-time and full-time applications.

Live-in accommodation may be available for those over 18 relocating to the area.

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a natural ability to engage with a diverse range of people. You should be a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail to monitor the pool effectively during busy times. If you already have a lifeguard qualification, we want to hear from you. If not, we are happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ, fully funded by us.

You will work with a great team but may also supervise areas independently.
