Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of outbound telesales experience selling directly to consumers.
• Experience in a conceptual sales environment with leads generated via the web or third-party collaborations is preferred.

Compensation

Basic salary: £25,000 (rising to £27-32,000)

OTE: £37,000 (uncapped) in the first year, increasing to £45-55,000 from year 2 onwards.

Company Information

Our client is directly authorized and provides non-advice life & protection solutions across the UK. They generate in-house leads through various marketing initiatives, including collaborations with well-known sports brands.

Successful candidates can progress to senior roles with salary increases up to £32,000 and uncapped OTE of £60,000+.
