Base Pay Range

Please do not apply unless you meet the following minimum requirements:

1. At least 2 years of outbound telesales experience selling directly to consumers.
2. Experience within a conceptual sales environment with leads generated via the web or third-party collaborations is preferred.

Salary details:

• Basic salary: £25,000 (rising to £27,000-£32,000)
• OTE: £37,000 (uncapped) in the first year, progressing to £45,000-£55,000 from the second year onwards.

Our client is directly authorized and provides non-advice life & protection solutions throughout the UK. They generate their own leads via various marketing initiatives, including collaborations with well-known sports brands. They are seeking experienced B2C phone-based sales professionals interested in career progression into the Life & Protection field.

Successful consultants can advance to senior roles with salary increases up to £32,000 and uncapped OTE of £60,000+.
