Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of outbound telesales experience selling directly to consumers
• Preferably experience within a conceptual sales environment with leads generated via the web or third-party collaborations

Compensation

• Basic salary: £25,000 (rising to £27-32,000)
• OTE: £37,000 (uncapped) in the first year, increasing to £45-55,000 in subsequent years

About the Company

Our client is directly authorized and provides non-advice life & protection solutions across the UK. They generate their own leads through various marketing initiatives, including collaborations with well-known brands in sports. They are expanding and seeking experienced B2C phone-based sales professionals interested in progressing into the Life & Protection field.

Career Progression & Benefits

Successful consultants can advance to senior roles with salary increases up to £32,000 and uncapped OTE of £60,000+. Benefits include a 9-day fortnight (no weekend work) to promote work-life balance.
