Job Title: Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Location: Gravesend

Brand: Acorn

Salary: OTE: of up to £35,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday 8am to 7pm, Tuesday through to Friday 8:30am - 7pm, Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm (day in lieu). Please note, our agency team are currently working Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for the position of Trainee Lettings Negotiatorwill be driven, ambitious and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long-term career, you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.

Full training will be provided through our in-house training Academy and following a successful probationary period, you will have the prospect of earning a competitive salary package with uncapped commission.

Duties will include:

  • Qualifying potential clients, identifying their needs, and matching them to suitable properties.
  • Booking and accompanying clients to view properties.
  • Negotiating offers and liaising with Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers through to sales conclusion.
  • Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to all clients.
  • Providing referred leads to Mortgage Scoutand other related divisions.
