Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join the Tucker Gardner lettings team in Ely. This entry-level role provides full training to develop into a qualified lettings professional, with exposure to lettings, sales, mortgage services, land and other specialist services.

You will learn the lettings and property management model through a structured development program, with support for building a career across multiple pathways within Connells Group.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations and rental appraisals.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms and agree to lets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey.
