Job summary

Connells Group in Ely is hiring a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join Tucker Gardner's residential lettings team. You will book valuations, conduct viewings, and negotiate rents with tenants, with full training provided and clear career progression.

This role offers an uncapped £24k OTE and a supportive, high-performance environment, with opportunities to progress into lettings, sales, or mortgage services within one of the UK’s leading property brands.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
