As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Weston super Mare, you will receive:
- £25,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*)
- Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm, four weekdays, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your training as a Lettings Negotiator begins with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions

- Meals provided during your stay*
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
- Generate leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue training and development with mentorship support
