What You Will Receive:

• £25,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Company Car
• Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm on weekdays, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

• Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
• Industry-leading training through one-to-one and group sessions

Impact You Will Make:

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
• Generate leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training with close support from your mentor
