Overview

We currently have a rare opportunity to join an award winning, dynamic estate agency client of ours! They have offices in Gloucestershire & Worcestershire and currently have a brand-new requirement for a full time Lettings Office Administrator to join their talented team in their Gloucester branch (free parking).

With customer satisfaction at the heart of what they do, they are looking for a driven and dedicated individual who will go in as a Trainee Negotiator with the view to progress up through the business.

If you are passionate about developing your career and would excel working within a supportive environment, then this could be the job for you! No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. You could be from the retail/leisure/hospitality industry looking to get into property and build a career.

Responsibilities
  • Handling enquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online portals
  • Booking and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Gathering and providing feedback to landlords and applicants
  • Supporting the team in meeting performance targets
  • Spotting opportunities to cross-sell services and help grow the business
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and compliance checks to ensure smooth tenancies
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the letting process
  • Updating internal systems and supporting management with reporting as needed
Hours

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break) + 2 Saturdays per month

Salary

Salary: Up to £26k per annum depending on experience + further earning potential through commission and bonuses
