Join Our Team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Peter Alan - Connells Group in Chepstow.

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team at Peter Alan. This is an entry-level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings.

Your Role:

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, and progress lets through to exchange and completion.

What We're Looking For:

Preferably an experienced sales person, exceptional customer care/service experience, resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, hold a full UK driving license.
