Are you passionate about property, hungry to learn, and ready to launch a successful career? As aTrainee Lettings Agent, you will receive industry-leading training through theSpicerhaart Training Academy, gain hands-on experience from day one, and be mentored by some of the best in the business.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Cambridge, you will receive:

  • £28000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a TraineeLettingsNegotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
