Job summary

Reactive Driving Recruitment in the West Midlands is assisting a manufacturing business by recruiting a Trainee Laser Programmer. This entry-level role focuses on technical drawing, CAD design, and preparing files for laser cutting.

Full training will be provided and no prior laser programming experience is required; you will learn to create 3D models from drawings, and produce accurate 2D drawings and production estimates.

• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and ensure accurate technical information.
• Support the wider team with programming, drawing and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate information and follow established procedures.

We are recruiting for a Trainee Laser Programmer to join an established manufacturing business, on a temp to perm basis. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with a keen interest in technical drawing, computer-based design and problem-solving.

Full training will be provided, so previous laser programming experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
