Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform planned maintenance across the site in an accurate, timely, and safe manner, ensuring adherence to procedures.
  • Update records of work activities, tasks performed, parts used, and training provided.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal departments to improve processes and enhance machine reliability and performance.
  • Diagnose and respond to equipment breakdowns, resolving issues and carrying out repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of all equipment.
  • Analyze data to identify solutions for improving MHE performance and generate reports as needed.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
  • Some technical knowledge of automation hardware and software is preferred; training can be provided.
  • A formal engineering qualification is advantageous.
  • Mechanical competence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Knowledge of control systems is a plus.
  • Comfortable working at heights using access equipment.
  • This role operates on a shift basis to support 24/7 site operations.
Preferred Experience

Experience in FMCG, automation, manufacturing, production, conveyors, machinery, material handling, baggage handling, packaging machinery, cranes, MHE, airports, PLCs/control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, drives, and armed forces such as Navy, Army, RAF, REME, Marines.
