An expanding Wealth Management firm is recruiting for a Trainee Financial Adviser, or Junior/Associate Adviser, with the aim to acquire existing clients and develop their client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated diploma-qualified individual with industry experience to transition into Financial Advice, gain CAS status, and grow an existing client base. It is ideal for an experienced paraplanner or account manager seeking to advance their career. The firm may also consider candidates close to obtaining their diploma currently working within an IFA, such as a paraplanner or adviser, who wish to move from a tied environment.

The company has expanded significantly over recent years, adding to an already impressive client portfolio. Their reputation for quality service has driven growth primarily through referrals and inquiries.

They are seeking an ambitious, client-focused, and motivated individual with diploma and client management experience to train as an adviser. Alternatively, they are open to candidates transitioning from a tied environment or experienced paraplanners looking to expand beyond report writing.

Support will be provided during the transition, with initial training periods of up to a year if needed, especially for those moving directly into advice roles without prior experience. The busy Financial Planners require clients to be retained and managed.
