Droitwich, Worcestershire (Commutable from Worcester, Bromsgrove, Alcester, Kidderminster, Stratford-Upon-Avon, South Birmingham). Very occasional travel.

26,000 - 28,000 + Excellent Training + Progression + Overtime + Holiday + Company Benefits

37.5 hours, Mon-Fri, flexible start/end times

Are you a Trainee/Apprentice/Junior Electrical Engineer looking for extensive on the job training from a market leading company which will develop you to a specialist Engineer within a niche industry?

On offer is the opportunity to join a successful, expanding business that has been established for over 30 years. This position has been created due to the sustained growth the company has undergone. Overtime is available (time and 1/2) to increase your yearly earnings.

This is the ideal opportunity for an aspiring Engineer looking to undergo all the training needed to become a hands on Engineer within a growing specialist manufacturing company.

This company are a market leading technology provider who are keen to invest in the development of their staff as they continue their ongoing expansion plans with an influx in sales and a busy order book.

This role would suit a candidate from an Electrical background with an interest in hands on engineering looking for further training and development opportunities.

The Role:

  1. Full time, permanent Mon-Fri, days role within manufacturing
  2. To build and test Electrical Equipment
  3. Maintain/repair Electrical Machinery

The Candidate:

  1. Ideally NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations or holds a College qualification e.g. HNC, HND, Apprenticeship
  2. Junior/ Trainee from an Electrical background
