Job description

Due to ongoing growth and company expansion, we are seeking a motivated Trainee/Junior Contracts Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for someone with experience or knowledge in the buildings insurance sector. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential - what matters most is a willingness to learn and a proactive approach to developing your skills.

The world of insurance building repairs is fast-paced, so strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to various client portals are essential. A full UK driving licence is required, along with the ability to travel to our Peterborough HQ.

This role would suit someone currently working in the industry with a technical validation background who is eager to broaden their expertise. You’ll gain hands-on experience in building repair works, managing claims from first notification through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Surveying, scheduling, and managing repair works
  • Working with our in-house trades teams and a select group of trusted subcontractors
  • Overseeing projects to ensure quality and efficiency

You’ll receive full training and join an established team with diverse industry experience, all committed to a strong team ethos.

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary (dependent on experience)
  • A clear pathway to progression, including a bonus scheme and company vehicle once established in the role
  • Supportive training and development to help you grow within the company

If you’re enthusiastic, driven, and ready to build a rewarding career in contracts management, we’d love to hear from you.
