Trainee IT Support Technician - Yeomans Group Worthing

Established in 1985, Yeomans is a family owned Company with over 800 employees across our Head Office location in Worthing, West Sussex and our dealerships in the Southeast and Southwest of England. We’re proud to represent a variety of global car and commercial vehicle manufacturers including Audi, Citroen, CUPRA, DS, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan, Peugeot, SEAT, Skoda, Toyota, Vauxhall, Volkswagen and Volkswagen Commercial.

No prerequisites are needed and we welcome anyone passionate about beginning a career as an Trainee IT Technician located at our Head Office in Worthing (Ferring). In this role you will be a point of contact for employees and managers with general day to day queries and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop an IT career within a well-established Company.

You'll Need

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on-site and at Head Office
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications
  • Provide technical support to end-users
  • Maintain and update IT equipment and peripherals
  • Monitor system performance and security.
  • Implement backup and recovery procedures
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and administration
  • Document Changes
  • Provide basic instructional training to staff where necessary

Remuneration And Benefits

  • 25 days annual leave in addition to 8 bank / public holidays
