Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based employment support model that helps individuals with a background of substance misuse find work that aligns with their wellbeing.

You will have an opportunity to learn, train and develop as an IPS Employment Specialist and join the wider team in Surrey to provide a holistic employment support service to people across the geographical area.

We require a passion to help others and a desire to contribute back to the community. This is an entry-level role and you will be given training to support your transition into the workplace.
You will work in Surrey across multiple locations including i-access, Laurel House, Farnham Rd, Guildford GU2 7LX, with a willingness travel as required.
There will also be remote working and working in the communities. All reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed, and having a car will be advantageous.
There may be occasions where you will be required to work across different locations within Surrey to support the team. In addition, attendance at a wider team meeting in London will be required once a month.
