Job Description:

• Learn the processes and systems used in insurance policies
• Administer policies, including quotations, policies, and queries
• Deliver high-quality telephone and email service to intermediaries, customers, and third parties
• Process daily workload efficiently, meeting targets and authority limits
• Work to operational deadlines
• Handle policy queries or concerns from other departments
• Provide customer service via telephone, email, and live chat
