Our Associate Client Advisor Program, supported by our training provider BPP, offers expert insurance training and an apprenticeship qualification, including Cert CII and Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualifications.

The role: Associate Client Advisor / Trainee Insurance Advisor
  1. We recruit based on potential, not industry experience. We seek individuals eager to contribute to our business and willing to complete our apprenticeship training to attain chartered insurance qualifications.
  2. This role offers a fantastic start in an industry that supports long-term career growth in insurance.
  3. As an Associate Client Advisor, you will service a portfolio of clients, managing renewals, invoicing, quoting, upselling, and addressing client queries after receiving initial training and support.
  4. Our offices are modern and accessible by car or public transport.
  5. This is a permanent, full-time position.
  6. Your employment will begin with an 18-month apprenticeship, after which you will become a Client Advisor.
  7. There are opportunities for career progression and further professional qualifications.
  8. You will gain a solid foundation in insurance broking and risk management.
Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing excellent client service and managing client accounts to meet service standards.
  2. Communicating with clients via phone and email.
  3. Using insurance systems daily.
  4. Managing client portfolios, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable solutions.
  5. Completing tasks promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Supporting colleagues in critical tasks when needed.
  7. Building relationships with insurer partners to serve clients better.
  8. Gaining knowledge of all major insurance classes and staying updated on new developments.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a client-facing role, from sectors like retail, hospitality, or food & beverage.
  2. Excellent customer service skills.
  3. Right to work in the UK or Ireland (no visa sponsorship).
  4. At least 5 GCSEs at Grades 9-4, including English and Maths.
  5. Good attention to detail.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  7. Ability to work independently.
Preferred qualities:
  1. Completed A-Levels or equivalent.
  2. University degree or equivalent.
  3. Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
  4. Enthusiastic and committed to high standards.
  5. Interest in working in a diverse environment.
