Must-Have’s

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5/C or above (or equivalent)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
  • Interest in the insurance industry and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks

Nice-to-Have’s

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service (not essential)
  • Awareness of insurance principles
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

  • Supporting with premium processing, treaty accounts and claims admin
  • Managing correspondence, filing, and electronic records
  • Checking and reviewing policy documentation
  • Collaborating with internal technical teams and broking divisions
