Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 35 Hours a Week | Office-Based in Cheltenham

Must-Haves

  • GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade 5 or above - or equivalent)
  • A keen eye for detail and a love of staying organised
  • Confident using a computer - especially Word & Excel
  • Great communication skills - written and verbal
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn


Nice-to-Haves (but don’t worry if not!)

  • Some knowledge of insurance basics (even just a quick read online!)
  • An interest in admin, data, or document processing
  • Enjoy solving problems or spotting ways to improve things
  • A general awareness of compliance or how businesses are regulated
  • Looking to grow your career long-term in a business environment

  • Creating and formatting documents for clients and internal teams
  • Entering and updating data accurately in our systems
  • Managing emails and keeping files organised
  • Supporting payment and premium processing
  • Checking documents and ensuring everything is in order
  • Assisting with client claims and admin tasks
