We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join Marsh in our FinPro team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement to work three days per week in the office.

The role: Trainee Insurance Administrator

We are seeking an Insurance Administrator to support our experienced Brokers and Client Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level individual looking to join an established, market-leading insurance broker. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service, talking to people and have a good level of attention to detail and time management, then we’d love to hear from you.

We will rely on you to:

  • Be proactive in collaborating with team members and supporting senior colleagues.
  • Undertake all administrative tasks in a professional and timely manner.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation to progress with professional qualifications.
  • Contribute to delivering client solutions as part of a cohesive team.

What you need to have:

  • Good business support and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in software packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
