The Opportunity

You'll join the team at one of their key nursery sites, supporting experienced growers and getting stuck into every part of the growing process.

Day-to-Day You'll Be:

  • Helping with irrigation, pest and disease monitoring, and general crop husbandry
  • Supporting with transplanting, spacing, and weeding
  • Learning how to use environmental control systems and crop protection tools.
  • Keeping records and supporting the team in delivering healthy, high-quality crops
  • Working across all areas of production to understand the full growing cycle.
  • Getting hands-on with new product development and trialling

What You'll Need

  • A qualification in horticulture or experience working in a commercial plant nursery.
  • A good basic understanding of plant health, pests, irrigation, and growing environments
  • A real interest in ornamental plants and a career in commercial growing
  • Willingness to learn, get stuck in and be part of a supportive team.
  • Any spray certificates (PA1/PA6) are a bonus - if not, they'll support you to gain them.
