The role:

All recruitment consultants begin as 180 delivery consultants for the first few weeks. We will train you to:

• Understand client requirements
• Find candidates via job boards and advertising
• Qualify candidates over the phone
• Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
• Build a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn

Then, you will have the opportunity to go 360°, which involves:

• Working the full recruitment cycle
• Generating leads and building relationships to win new business
